Dear Sir,

Zika virus infection is the big problem at present. There is a new theory that autoimmunity leads to the main pathology in Zika virus infection. It is proposed that microcephaly and Guillain–Barré syndrome are important problems in Zika virus infection [1] Peptides' sharing is mentioned in that report.[1] However, hereby we further tried to predict the structure of the mentioned peptides using structural genomics and found that there is no structural similarity among the mentioned peptides. The explanation of the autoimmunity-based pathology in Zika virus infection is against this observation, and further study on this topic is recommended.
