Sir,
Naturopathy is an important medical sector that is useful for strengthening the public health system. [1],[2] A qualified education system is the basic requirement that supports the success of the naturopathy medical sector. [3] The lack of quality is usually mentioned by health experts and there is a need to learn this fact to improve the education system. In Thailand, naturopathy has just been set and implemented by Surin Rajabhat University, Thailand. Studying the perception of practitioners of the naturopathy practice education curricula is needed for continuous quality improvement. Here, the authors report a questionnaire survey on this specific topic. Overall 213 subjects (77 males and 136 females) were surveyed using the questionnaire. Based on the rating scale (1-5), the scores for "support to the curricula implementation," "positive effect to local community," and "provide scientific education on naturopathy" are were equal to 4.27, 4.20, and 4.13, respectively. According to this questionnaire survey, the public health practitioners have good perception of the naturopathy practice education.
