Dear Sir,

The problem of E. coli infection is of concern at present. This gastrointestinal infection can end up with a fatal complication, hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS). HUS associated with cancer may be a problem during its treatment though not proven and more aggressive. [1] On the other side of the coin, it could be tapped as a potentially desirable effect. There are some new interesting reports that the toxin that induces HUS from E. coli can induce apoptosis of cancer cell. [2],[3] Many new research lead to the conclusion that toxin from E. coli will be the hope for cancer treatment. It might be a question on the effect of HUS will help destroy the cancer.
